Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of LEGYRO Games. By using the website or playing a LEGYRO game, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Current service

LEGYRO is a browser-based entertainment platform. LEGYRO Football is currently offered free of charge. Motorsport and other announced features may be unavailable or still in development until expressly marked as available.

2. Local saves and profiles

LEGYRO V1 does not require an account. Game saves, Profile progress and achievements are stored locally in the browser on the device you use. LEGYRO cannot guarantee recovery of local progress if you clear browser data, change device, use private/incognito mode, lose access to the device or if browser storage becomes unavailable or corrupted.

3. No real-world value

Scores, XP, ratings, trophies, achievements, virtual career values and other in-game indicators are part of the entertainment experience only. They have no cash value and do not represent real-world sporting status, employment, prizes, investments or financial products.

4. Fair and lawful use

You may use LEGYRO for personal entertainment. You must not use the service to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Content and intellectual property

LEGYRO's original branding, original interface, original artwork, text and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks and protected signs remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted to use LEGYRO branding or third-party protected materials outside normal use of the website except where expressly permitted.

6. Product changes

LEGYRO is an evolving project. Features, balancing, game data, available sports, achievements, local-storage formats and pages may change. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary loss of saved progress, but compatibility with every old browser state or future version cannot be guaranteed.

7. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. While LEGYRO aims to keep the games functional and secure, temporary errors, maintenance, browser incompatibilities or third-party service interruptions may occur. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Third-party services and links

LEGYRO may rely on or link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services. LEGYRO is not responsible for third-party content or services that it does not control.

9. Privacy

Use of personal data and browser storage is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Local Storage Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the platform changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a future feature requires specific additional terms, those terms will be presented before the feature is used where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules that may apply to you. Operator details are available in the Legal Notice.
