Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you use LEGYRO Games. The data controller is the operator identified in the Legal Notice.
1. Data stored on your device
LEGYRO V1 works without an account. Football career saves, the LEGYRO Profile, achievements and some game resources are stored locally in your browser using technologies such as localStorage and IndexedDB. This local game data is not sent to LEGYRO servers as part of the save system.
You can remove local progress by deleting saved careers inside the game where available, or by clearing site data in your browser. Clearing browser/site storage may permanently remove local progress.
2. Information you send to us
If you contact LEGYRO by email, we may receive your email address, name or display name, the content of your message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request, investigate reports and manage legitimate project communications.
3. Technical delivery and security
The website uses third-party infrastructure providers to host, deliver and protect the service. Those providers may process technical connection information that is necessary to serve requests, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose failures in accordance with their service terms and retention settings.
4. Analytics
LEGYRO may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that its Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage metrics and does not collect or use visitors' personal data for Web Analytics.
LEGYRO does not currently use advertising trackers or build cross-site advertising profiles. If analytics or advertising technologies that require consent are introduced later, this policy and the cookie controls will be updated before they are enabled where required.
5. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to messages and requests: taking steps requested by you and/or LEGYRO's legitimate interest in handling communications and support.
- Operating and protecting the website: legitimate interests in providing a stable service, preventing abuse and maintaining security, together with any applicable legal obligations.
- Aggregate product analytics: legitimate interest in understanding general use and technical performance, using privacy-focused tools where possible.
6. Service providers and international processing
LEGYRO currently relies on service providers including Cloudflare for website infrastructure and Google/Gmail for email. Depending on how those providers route and operate their services, information may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards and legal mechanisms applicable to those providers.
7. Retention
Email correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain relevant project records or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, after which it may be deleted or retained only where legally required. Local game data remains on your device until you or the browser removes it. Technical-provider retention is governed by the configuration and policies of the relevant provider.
8. Your rights
Where data-protection law applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability when applicable. To exercise a right, email [email protected] and identify your request. We may need to verify your identity when reasonably necessary.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that your data-protection rights have been infringed.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as LEGYRO adds accounts, new analytics, advertising or other online features. Material changes will be reflected on this page before or when the relevant processing begins.
